📅 Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

3. Payment Policy

  • Standard Schedule: Two Installments - 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before check-in.
  • Late Bookings: Full Payment - Reservations made less than 60 days before check-in require 100% payment immediately.
  • 'Book Now': Credit Card - A valid credit card is required to process scheduled installments.
  • 'Send Inquiry': Bank Transfer - We will contact you to facilitate prepayment via bank transfer to the owner's account.

4. Booking Confirmation

● A booking confirmation is issued only upon receipt of payment.

● Payment Deadline: Failure to submit the required payment within 12 hours of booking (or invoice issuance) will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the villa will be immediately released for availability.

5. Online Payment Processing

All online payments are securely processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway under the name of our platform provider, Aegean Aura.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To ensure clarity regarding charges, our cancellation policy is defined as follows:

Timeline & Fee Structure

  • 60 days or more before arrival: A refund of the reservation amount will be issued, minus a 3% fee on the total amount. This fee covers non-refundable bank and credit card processing costs.
  • Less than 60 days before arrival: The entire reservation amount (100% charge) will be retained.
  • No-Show or Early Departure: The total reservation amount (100% charge) will be retained.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, the following rules and requirements apply when bringing a pet:

Category & Policy

  • Accommodation Rule: Strictly one (1) pet is allowed per suite.
  • Waste & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for the immediate and thorough cleanup of all pet waste. Urination or defecation is strictly not permitted anywhere on the property grounds.
  • Contact & Noise: Guests must provide a valid mobile phone number for emergency contact. Guests are responsible for complying with local noise legislation and bear full responsibility for any complaints or compensation claims resulting from excessive noise caused by their pet.
  • Fees & Damages: Guests are fully liable for any damages, repairs, replacements, or special cleaning caused by their pet. A minimum repair/cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply in the event of villa damage.
  • Credit Card Hold: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to cover any potential pet-related damage charges.
  • Check-Out: Prior to check-out, guests must arrange for an inspection of the suite by a property representative to confirm its condition.
  • Policy Changes: The terms of the Pet Policy are subject to change without prior notice.
